When EFT gave me relief from three years of panic disorder, I didn't just feel better, I felt something unlock that I hadn't been able to access in years. I became obsessed with understanding why. I trained in clinical hypnotherapy, Advanced EFT and NLP, holistic human development, holistic counselling and somatic nervous system work, following the thread from alternative therapy into the deeper question that's driven everything I've built since: what does it actually take for a woman to stop being driven by scarcity, fear and survival and start being driven by spirit, meaning, full expression and authentic connection?
That question led me to business. Because that's where I kept seeing it, brilliant, credentialled, capable women building from the frequency of survival, scarcity and fear whilst circling strategy that their individual business doesn't need and not knowing how to get out of it.
And then a mentor looked at me years ago and named my strategic brilliance out loud.
I shrunk immediately.
Because underneath the years and hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in learning highlevel strategy, the results, the work that was quite literally changing lives, there was still a version of me carrying the shame of a $40,000 business loss years earlier. The same identity that said see, you're not good enough was the same one telling me I wasn't qualified enough, couldn't charge high ticket, shouldn't step into this publicly.
