Why You Feel Stuck in Your Business (And the Exact Diagnostic to Fix It)
One of the reasons you feel stuck, uninspired, or even disconnected in your business isn't because you're unmotivated or ungrateful or lazy.
It's because your business has actually outgrown the version of you who built it.
I've been in this game long enough to know that real growth isn't just about more strategy. It's about becoming the woman who can actually hold it. And what I'm sharing with you today is a lived and felt experience that has changed my business, particularly in the way I troubleshoot my business and my clients' lives from the inside out.
Let me ask you something: are you waking up before your alarm with your brain already racing? Are you feeling dread instead of excitement when your Voxer lights up? Are you questioning everything you want to post, wanting to say more but holding yourself back? Are you telling yourself, "I should be further along, this should look better, I should be making more money by now"?
Maybe you're even starting to quietly resent the business that used to feel like your dream.
If any of this resonates, you're probably trying to lead from a frequency that doesn't match your next level. And I'm willing to bet you've been wanting to burn down your business, restructure everything, or purchase another Reels or content course because you believe the problem lies in your strategy.
But here's the truth: you cannot outgrow a version of yourself by adding more tactics to an identity that hasn't evolved.
Today, I'm walking you through my Stalled to Sales Flow Diagnostic. These are real questions you can use today to figure out what's actually blocking your momentum.
Why Most Business Advice Misses the Mark
Most people go and craft a strategy first, and then their identity hasn't caught up yet. Or they do all this healing and growth work, and then their strategy doesn't actually align.
This is what holistic business strategy actually means. It's not just energy work. It's not just tactics. It's the integration of both, in the right order.
We need to be able to hold the business as the identity in our frequency. We need to be able to hold what we're calling in, THEN craft a strategy that will take us there.
This diagnostic works because it follows a hierarchy. I really recommend you work through these questions in order, because each level builds on the last. This is frequency meets strategy in action.

Part One: Can You Hold Your Next Level?
Before we look at any strategy, we need to look at four internal checkpoints. Because what you're going through internally is going to be a direct mirror back to you.
Checkpoint 1: Vision and Goal Clarity
Do you even know what it is you've set out to create? Or are you just chasing someone else's idea of success?
Has the goalpost changed and you're not aware of it? That's going to have you circling in autopilot, chasing something where you don't actually know the end destination. Which is why it feels so messy.
We need to be activating our vision first. Our vision for our life, not just for our business. Our vision for what we want to live, how we want to feel, what we want to experience. The business becomes the vehicle that gets us to that.
If you're not connected with what you want to experience and where you're going, you're just going to create yourself a job.
This is the foundation of energetic alignment in business. You cannot align with something you haven't defined.
Checkpoint 2: Identity Check-In
Are you still leading from your survival self? Are you operating from the version of you who actually believes she can hold that goal, that vision?
Because here's the mismatch: the vision that involves all the spaciousness and overflow, being run by an identity that still believes we have to work really hard to prove our worth.
Is your brand built from proving and people-pleasing? Are you showing up every day in scarcity, believing you're not good enough? Does a part of you feel contraction when you think about reaching that vision?
This is where subconscious reprogramming becomes essential. Because you can't strategy your way past an identity that doesn't believe it's safe to have what you want.
Checkpoint 3: Frequency Check-In
This is something you can do daily. It's mind, body, energy, emotions.
What thoughts am I thinking right now? How does that feel in my body? Is it contracting? Is it expansive? Does my chest collapse?
Then think about the emotional state and the frequency you're putting out.
For example: "I think about that goal and I'm running from a fear mindset. 'What if that person judges me?' I feel that in my chest, my stomach goes in knots, and then I feel embarrassed."
You can see what kind of frequency you're putting out from that.
This is nervous system regulation for entrepreneurs in real time. Get really detailed on it. If you find the bottleneck here, that's where you need to do the work.
Checkpoint 4: Capacity and Meaning
What meaning am I making of those thoughts?
"I'm scared to do this. What if they judge me?" And then, "I shouldn't do this." Or are you making meaning like, "I'm stepping out of my comfort zone. I'm meant to feel stretchy"?
That person didn't sign up for your programme. They said no. What meaning are you making of this?
Are you trying to hold more without changing what holds you? Are you trying to bring in 20 clients because that's what's in your vision, but you don't have the internal capacity to even hold your own feelings?
Does your work still feel meaningful to you, or does it feel mechanical?
This is where emotional resilience for entrepreneurs gets built. Not by avoiding the hard feelings, but by learning to hold them differently.

Part Two: Can Your Business Hold Your Next Level?
Once you've worked through those four internal checkpoints, then we look at your business structure.
Checkpoint 5: Systems and Structure
If life hits the fan again, what breaks first?
If you welcomed 30 new clients into your programme next week, can your onboarding systems hold it? Can your energy hold it? Do you have the automation set up?
Are you going to welcome all these people and then your podcast drops off because you lack systems and support?
Is there scaffolding to hold the success when your energy dips? Because my energy goes really low sometimes. Is the scaffolding there to hold it?
Look at the bones of your business. Can it hold your next level?
This is what scaling your business with ease actually requires. The infrastructure that supports you when you can't show up at 100%.
Checkpoint 6: Front-End Clarity
Who are you actually speaking to? Really. Is it actually clear?
Has your message evolved as much as you have? Do the people you're talking to know that you're talking to them?
Let me share something vulnerable: a peer told me she loved my energy and what I offered, but she didn't know exactly what I did.
That took me straight to the first four checkpoints, because I realised I wasn't being clear on the strategy piece because I still had imposter syndrome. That work needed to be done first.
Now my bio says: Strategy and frequency for high-capacity women scaling with soul safety and full expression. Fuck yes business, clean growth, real leadership.
So much clearer than the fancy words that nobody understood.
This is authentic leadership for entrepreneurs in action. Being willing to simplify, to clarify, to make it easy for people to understand how you help.
Checkpoint 7: Offer Clarity
Am I clear on how I actually help people? Am I clear on my offers?
Is your offer designed for overflow? Are you selling what is safe and not actually aligned? Are you selling in a way that you actually dread delivering?
Why are you launching the membership when you really don't like delivering all those masterclasses, but you need more people?
That is a misalignment. Let's find the way that you like to deliver, and then you're going to get more people because they're going to feel that.
Is the messaging clear? Is the transformation clear? Or are you offering a six-session package for your 37 modalities and no one knows how you can help them?
For example, my 12-month Mastermind is for the woman ready to scale her income, impact and spaciousness without leaking energy, dimming her message, or sacrificing her soul for her business. This is where embodied strategy meets energetics, and grounded growth, clean energy, more money, and overflow become your new normal.
It tells you who it's for and what it is.
This is what transformational coaching for soulful women requires. Crystal-clear messaging that speaks to both the pain and the possibility.
Checkpoint 8: Sales Process
Can someone see from your socials how to work with you? Can they see the first step?
Because I can guarantee so many of you don't know. "Oh, they just kind of find me and then they book." How do they find you? "I don't really know."
Is your sales flow reactive or is it responsive?
Nothing annoys me more than going to someone's Instagram bio thinking I'd love to work with them and not being able to find anything about the offer. Just make it easy for people to work with you.
And if you've got that mindset, "I don't like selling. I'm worried about my prices," then it's coming back to your frequency. You need to do that identity work.
This is where aligned visibility strategies meet sales. When you're fully expressed in who you are and clear on what you offer, selling becomes service.
Checkpoint 9: Daily Activities
What are you actually doing every day? Do you know where your focus goes?
A simple framework: Am I doing something to be visible? Am I doing something to sell? Am I doing something to nurture?
Can you tick off those three activities every day? And are you always checking back into that vision?
This is body-led decision making meets strategic action. Feeling into what's aligned each day whilst maintaining the consistent activities that grow your business.

The Complete Diagnostic Recap

Business Checkpoints (Can Your BUSINESS Hold Your Next Level?): 5. Systems and processes 6. Front-end clarity 7. Offer clarity and messaging 8. Clear sales process 9. Daily activities
If you've ticked through all of that and you haven't found the bottleneck, I will be very surprised. And if you make changes and don't start increasing your income, increasing your visibility, and having your frequency change, I will also be very surprised.
This system covers it all. It will find the bottleneck and tell you exactly where your time, energy, and attention needs to go.
What This Actually Means for Your Business
Here's what I know after building a multi-six-figure business during nap times, after working with hundreds of entrepreneurs:
Your business isn't broken. You've just outgrown the identity that built it.
And that's not a failure. That's actually evidence of growth. But here's where most people get stuck: they try to solve an identity problem with a strategy solution.
They buy another course. They redo their branding. They launch a new offer. They post more Reels.
But none of that works because the frequency underneath hasn't shifted.
This is what intuitive business coaching is built on. The understanding that your external results are always a reflection of your internal state. Always.
When you do the internal work first (vision, identity, frequency, capacity), then the external strategy (systems, clarity, offers, sales) actually has something solid to build on.
When you skip the internal work and go straight to strategy, you're building on sand. It might work for a while, but eventually, it crumbles.
Your Next Steps
You have two choices right now.
Choice One: You can keep doing what you're doing. Keep feeling stuck. Keep waking up with that low-grade anxiety. Keep questioning whether you're cut out for this. Keep dimming your message and undercharging and resenting the business that used to feel like your dream.
Choice Two: You can work through this diagnostic. Find your bottleneck. Do the work that actually needs to be done. And watch everything shift.
I can walk you through this process. We can start together in a 90-minute one-on-one. We can dive deep over 10 weeks. Or if you know there are multiple pieces that need support, we can work privately over six months in my Power Era container, or you can come into the Mastermind.
If you know it's the identity work that's really tripping you up, the survival-led identity and the scarcity frequency, then I want to see you in my Visibility Rebirth programme in February.
We have a whole offer ecosystem to hold you through the survival identity, the rebirth, the pivot, the building from overflow, and the building legacy from your fuck yes frequency.
Because here's what I know for certain: you cannot build overflow from suppression. You cannot scale from survival. You cannot hold your next level from an identity that hasn't evolved to meet it.
But when you do this work, when you find the bottleneck and address it at the root, everything changes. Your content lands differently. Your sales conversations feel easeful. Your clients show up more committed. Your income increases. Your nervous system settles.
Not because you're working harder. But because you're finally building from the right frequency.
