Unfiltered Alignment: How I Reclaimed My Energy, Voice & Vision
LISTEN HERE | WATCH HERE
There's a point in every entrepreneur's journey where things stop making sense. The work feels heavy, your creativity feels muffled, and even the offers you once adored start feeling like they belong to someone else. You're showing up, doing all the "right" things, yet something essential is missing.
This isn't just burnout. It's a misalignment at the energetic level.
I know that space intimately. This year, I was cracked wide open. What began as a nervous system breakdown unfolded into the deepest recalibration of my business, my identity, and the way I lead. And all of it hinged on one word I'd been filtering out: fuck.
Yes, that word.
Not for edginess. Not to be provocative. But because it held the exact frequency I'd been suppressing, raw truth, unfiltered power, sacred fire.
In this piece, I'm sharing the real story behind that moment of clarity, why your nervous system is the most powerful business tool you're ignoring, and how unfiltered alignment can unlock the energy, expression, and expansion you've been craving.
Because this isn't about rewriting your strategy. It's about returning to your voice.
When the Filters Become a Cage
As a spiritual entrepreneur, it's easy to get caught in the loop of polishing your brand, refining your offers, or "tuning" your message for the algorithm. But if your energy doesn't match the words, your audience can feel it. And so can you.
For months, I was doing the things: showing up on socials, delivering inside my containers, holding space for others. But behind the scenes, I felt foggy. Like my words were passing through a filter that dimmed their voltage. I didn't feel lit up by my own content. I was second-guessing every post, every pivot, every part of my expression.
I'd just come through a season of deep nervous system dysregulation, panic attacks, dissociation, agoraphobia. My energy felt flatlined. The vision I once held so vividly? Blurry.
Here's what I was experiencing that you might recognise in yourself: I'd wake up with that low-grade anxiety already humming in my chest. I'd open my laptop and stare at a blank caption for an hour, writing three versions and still not hitting publish. I'd deliver powerful sessions with clients and feel completely depleted afterwards, wondering if I'd given enough value, if I should have offered more.
I was performing stability whilst silently spiralling.
The truth is, I had been building from a dysregulated nervous system for longer than I'd admitted to myself. And when your foundation is shaky, everything you build on top of it, no matter how beautiful or strategic, will eventually reveal the cracks.
But beneath the noise, a deeper truth was trying to break through.

The Moment Everything Clicked
It happened during a conversation with one of my mentors. I was spiralling again, wondering if I should burn the whole business down, redo every offer, and start from scratch. But in the midst of that emotional flail, she asked me one question:
"What's the word you're afraid to say?"
Without even thinking, I said it: "Fuck."
And it landed like lightning.
Because that word, for me, carried the exact frequency I'd been withholding. Not in language, but in energy. It was unfiltered. Honest. Alive. It was a frequency I used to embody, and somewhere along the way, I'd diluted it in the name of being digestible, palatable, safe.
Earlier that day, I'd been recording Instagram stories about a client breakthrough. Twice, I'd gone to swear, and stopped myself. I physically felt my throat constrict. I heard this voice whisper: "That's not spiritual enough. Hold it back."
That thought ruminated in my body all day. It gnawed at me because I was beginning to remember who I actually am. Playful. Sarcastic. Direct. A woman who drops F-bombs when the moment calls for it and says the things that need to be said without apology.
I'd been hiding that part of myself. Filtering it out. Believing that to be taken seriously as a spiritual business mentor, I needed to be softer, gentler, more... palatable.
And that's when I realised: the misalignment wasn't in my business. It was in my expression.
Frequency First, Strategy Second
When your nervous system is in survival, you can't feel your truth. You'll contort your message to avoid rejection. You'll overthink every launch. You'll rewrite captions five times and still not post. Sound familiar?
This is why so many soul-led entrepreneurs burn out. Not because they're lazy or undisciplined, but because their business isn't energetically congruent.
The truth is, your strategy can only carry you as far as your frequency allows.
Think about it: you can have the most beautiful website, the most polished brand, the most strategic funnel. But if the woman behind it is filtering her truth, dimming her power, or operating from fear, your audience will feel the disconnect. They might not be able to name it, but they'll scroll past. They'll wait. They'll hesitate.
Not because your offer isn't good enough, but because your energy isn't saying "fuck yes" yet.
Alignment isn't about pretty messaging or Pinterest-worthy branding. It's about having a body that can hold the voltage of your truth. It's about letting your words land.
Your audience doesn't need more curated perfection. They need resonance. They need to feel you.
And they can't do that if you're filtering yourself to be acceptable.
This is what I teach inside my programmes, but I'd temporarily forgotten to live it myself. I'd been so focused on "getting it right" that I'd stopped letting it be real. I was teaching emotional resilience whilst white-knuckling my own emotional expression. I was guiding women into their overflow whilst still operating from a subtle undercurrent of scarcity, scarcity of approval, scarcity of permission.
The moment I named that one word aloud to my mentor, my entire body lit up. I squealed. Actually squealed. Because I could feel the aliveness return. I could feel the electricity in my system that had been dormant for months.
Reclaiming My Energy
Once that clarity dropped, everything shifted. I didn't change my strategy. I didn't relaunch all my offers. But I did reclaim my expression.
I started letting my body lead again. I let myself speak the words that felt electric in my system. I started posting before I could second-guess. I stopped editing out the parts that made me feel too much.
I looked at my entire offer ecosystem with fresh eyes and realised something profound: I'd already built the exact pathway that soul-led entrepreneurs need. From survival to rebirth to overflow. Every container I'd created, She Holds Wealth, Foundations, Ascension Academy, the Transcendence Mastermind, my private mentoring, they were all pieces of a larger journey I was unconsciously guiding women through.
I was initiating women into their next-level frequency. That was my purpose. That was my through-line.
But I hadn't been owning it fully because I hadn't been embodying my own "fuck yes frequency" yet. I was still emerging from survival mode myself, still remembering who I actually am beneath the conditioning and the burnout.
And my audience? They felt it. Engagement rose. DMs poured in. People were magnetised, not because I had a better funnel, but because I was back in my fuck yes frequency.
Within weeks of making this internal shift, I noticed tangible changes. Clients were asking deeper questions. The right people were finding my work. Conversations were happening that felt aligned and effortless. My creativity returned. My joy returned.
This is what it means to be in unfiltered alignment.

The Nervous System as Your Business Engine
You can't outwork dysregulation. You can't out-launch your fear of being seen. You can't "mindset" your way through chronic fatigue.
The body leads.
This is why nervous system regulation is at the core of my Energies of Success framework. Because when your body doesn't feel safe, you'll shrink. You'll filter. You'll default to old survival patterns.
But when your body feels safe? You expand. You express. You access strategies that actually work for you.
We need to stop asking "What do I need to fix in my strategy?" and start asking "What truth am I scared to say out loud?"
Because until that's clear, you'll keep creating from contraction. And creation born from contraction only brings more misalignment.
Let me paint you a picture of what this looks like in real time. You wake up already anxious, cycling through your to-do list before you've even brushed your teeth. You sit down to write a post and your shoulders are up near your ears. Your jaw is clenched. Your breathing is shallow.
Your nervous system is screaming "DANGER" whilst you're trying to create content about abundance and flow.
See the disconnect?
We think it's the pricing, the platform, the positioning, but it's the pressure we're still carrying. The performance we haven't paused. The protection patterns are still playing out behind our visibility.
Your nervous system doesn't care about your five-year plan. It cares about whether you feel safe right now. And if you don't, it will sabotage every strategy you try to implement, not because you're broken, but because it's trying to protect you.
This is the work most women skip. They jump straight to the six-figure strategy without first building the nervous system capacity to hold that level of visibility, responsibility, and energetic output.
Building from Overflow, Not Obligation
One of the most powerful things I did after this shift was begin honouring my emotional rhythms more than my productivity streaks.
I gave myself permission to move slowly. To create without constant output. To let the days where inspiration flowed be sacred, and to let the days where it didn't be okay.
And what happened was astonishing: my clarity returned. My joy returned. My energy didn't need to be forced. I began writing again, teaching again, showing up again, but from overflow, not obligation.
This is where sustainability lives. Not batching 30 reels in a weekend. Not in building the perfect funnel. But in creating a business that your body can believe in. One that matches your energy, not manipulates it.
I stopped trying to force myself to show up in ways that felt performative. Instead, I asked: "What does my body actually have capacity for today?" Sometimes that meant a full day of client calls and content creation. Other times it meant a walk, a journal session, and one single Instagram story that felt more potent than anything I could have planned.
And your people can feel the difference.
When you're creating from genuine overflow, from a nervous system that feels resourced, from a body that feels safe, your content lands differently. Your offers sell differently. Your clients transform differently.
Because you're not just teaching the work. You're transmitting the frequency.
Energetic Alignment in Practice
Energetic alignment isn't some fluffy concept. It's deeply practical. It means:
Your offers feel like a true extension of your gifts
Your pricing doesn't make you flinch or overgive
Your content flows because it's not manufactured
You can hold visibility without bracing for backlash
It means you are in a relationship with your business. Not performing for it. Not dragging it forward. But co-creating from a place of truth, safety, and capacity.
For me, energetic alignment looked like finally admitting that I'd built an ecosystem for women in rebirth. That I was designed, through my Human Design, my lived experience, my unique gifts, to hold people through pivots. Through the messy middle. Through the transformation from survival identity into overflow.
I'd been unconsciously creating this pathway for years, but I hadn't owned it because I was still walking it myself. I was still in my own rebirth, still shedding the identity that believed I had to filter my power to be accepted.
The moment I stopped filtering, everything clicked into place.
And that changes everything.
Embodiment Over Editing
One of the subtler but most profound shifts I've made is this: I stopped editing my truth for optics.
I stopped writing posts thinking about how they'd land.
I stopped scripting my expressions so they wouldn't offend.
I stopped packaging my perspective in ways that felt polished, but made me feel powerless.
Instead, I started asking: "Does this feel true in my body?"
That's the new metric. Not how many likes it will get. Not how safe it feels to post. But how alive it feels to own.
And I've learnt: when something feels electric inside of you, it's meant to move someone else too.
So many of us have learnt to micromanage our magnetism. We edit the passion out of our captions. We soften our statements. We add disclaimers to our truth.
But your power doesn't live in your perfection. It lives in your presence.
And presence is something you access, not perform.
When I finally let myself say "fuck" without apologising for it, I wasn't just reclaiming a word. I was reclaiming my right to be fully expressed. I was reclaiming the parts of me that are playful, direct, occasionally irreverent, and deeply, deeply aligned.
The Power of Being Felt
Here's what's wild: the less I tried to "be on brand," the more people resonated with my message. The more I leaned into what was raw, imperfect, and honest, the more impact I had.
Because what our audience craves isn't more polish.
It's presence.
It's the full frequency of a woman who trusts her truth.
It's the energy of someone who is no longer performing wholeness, but embodying it.
That's what people pay for.
That's what creates community.
That's what builds sustainable, soul-led success.
And that's available to all of us, when we stop filtering and start feeling.
Think about the coaches, mentors, and leaders who have impacted you most deeply. I'd bet it wasn't because they had the slickest branding or the most polished content. It was because you could feel them. You could sense their humanity. Their truth. Their willingness to be seen in all of who they are.
That's the transmission.
That's the frequency that creates real transformation.
Not information. Not strategy. But embodied presence.

The Legacy of Your Voice
This final layer is perhaps the most sacred: your voice is legacy.
Not just in what you teach, but in how you transmit.
Your voice becomes a blueprint for others. It gives permission. It weaves safety into spaces where silence has ruled. It disrupts systems. It softens shame. It activates remembrance.
When you reclaim your expression, you're not just freeing yourself, you're showing others what's possible.
That's leadership. Not performance, not polish. Presence.
You don't need to be perfect to be powerful. You need to be present.
So let this be your reminder:
You don't have to earn your truth.
You don't have to justify your joy.
You don't have to be more palatable to be more magnetic.
Your voice, your energy, your essence, that is the medicine.
Let it be heard.
